The MIC2779L-2YM5-TR is a voltage monitor specifically designed to detect two separate, independently adjustable voltage thresholds for monitoring battery supplies in portable systems. This device features an active-low (/RST) output, a high voltage threshold accuracy of ±2%, and a built-in minimum delay of 140 ms to deglitch the output signal. It operates with an extremely low typical supply current of 1 µA and is housed in a 5-lead SOT23 package. The monitor is specified for a junction temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
