The SY89328LMG-TR is a high-speed, dual-function translator that converts differential LVPECL to LVTTL and LVTTL to differential LVPECL within a single package. Operating from a 3.3V ±10% power supply, it features a fast LVTTL-to-LVPECL propagation delay of less than 600ps and supports LVTTL frequencies greater than 275MHz. The device is designed for the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C and includes internal 75kΩ input pull-up and pull-down resistors. Its ultra-small 8-pin MLF™ package and dual translation capability make it ideal for applications sending and receiving signals across a backplane.
