The G3VM-21HR(TR) is a single-pole, single-throw normally open (SPST-NO) MOS FET relay designed for high-current switching applications. It operates with a 20V load voltage and can handle a continuous load current of up to 2.5 A, or 5.0 A when using a parallel connection (Connection C). The device features a maximum LED forward current of 30 mA and provides a dielectric strength of 1500 Vrms between the input and output. Characterized by its low ON-resistance, with a maximum of 0.05 Ω, it operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its combination of high current capacity and a compact package makes it suitable for semiconductor test equipment, industrial controls, and power circuits.
