The FSV10100V is an ultra-low forward voltage drop Schottky rectifier designed for high-efficiency applications. Utilizing Trench Schottky technology, this device features a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.670 V at a forward current of 10 A and has a minimum breakdown voltage of 100 V. It exhibits a low reverse current of 0.060 mA maximum at its 100 V rating at 25°C. The rectifier is housed in a low-profile TO-277 package, offering excellent thermal performance in a compact form factor. Its combination of low forward voltage, fast switching characteristics with a typical 22.94 ns reverse recovery time, and high current capability makes it ideal for high-frequency power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and reverse polarity protection.
