The SZNUP2105LT1G is a dual bidirectional voltage suppressor designed to protect CAN transceivers in high-speed and fault-tolerant networks from ESD and other harmful transient voltage events. It provides robust protection with a reverse working voltage of 24 V, a peak power dissipation of 350 W per line (8/20 µs waveform), and low reverse leakage current of less than 100 nA. Housed in a compact SOT-23 package, this device features low capacitance to support high-speed CAN data rates.
