AQH2223AZ is a compact DIP-type solid state relay (SSR) designed for AC load control with random turn-on switching. It features a 0.9 A ON-state RMS current rating and a repetitive peak OFF-state voltage of 600 V, capable of handling both 100 and 200 Vrms loads. The relay offers high dielectric strength with 5,000 Vrms I/O isolation voltage and operates over an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.
