AQW215 is a PhotoMOS solid-state relay designed for controlling low-level analog signals in AC/DC dual use applications. It features a compact 8-pin DIP package with dimensions of 6.4 × 9.78 × 3.9 mm and supports a load voltage of 100V (peak AC) with a continuous load current of 0.30A (0.35A when using only 1 channel). The device offers high sensitivity with typical LED operate current of 0.9 mA, on-resistance of 11O typical (15O max), and fast response with turn on time of 0.25 ms typical. With 1,500 Vrms I/O isolation voltage and operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C, it provides reliable performance for high-speed inspection machines, telephone equipment, and computer applications.
