The AQY282EHAX is a general-use, AC/DC type PhotoMOS relay designed for various control applications. It features a reinforced I/O isolation voltage of 5,000V AC and can switch a continuous load current of 500mA with a 60V load voltage. This relay is characterized by a low maximum ON resistance of 2.5 Ω and a low off-state leakage current of 1 µA.
