The AQY414EHA is a PhotoMOS normally-closed relay featuring a 1 Form B output configuration with reinforced insulation designed for AC/DC dual-use applications. It provides a maximum load voltage of 400 V with a continuous load current rating of 120 mA, utilizing a built-in MOSFET processed by Panasonic's proprietary DSD (Double-diffused and Selective Doping) method to achieve low on-resistance. The device incorporates reinforced insulation of 5,000 V AC with more than 0.4 mm internal insulation distance between inputs and outputs, conforming to EN41003 and EN60950 standards. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, typical on-resistance of 18 O, and off-state leakage current of 10 µA maximum, the AQY414EHA is well-suited for power supplies, measuring equipment, security systems, and industrial control applications requiring reliable signal isolation and low-level analog signal control.
