EX-13EB-PN is an ultra-slim thru-beam photoelectric sensor from the EX-10 Series Ver.2, featuring side sensing configuration with Dark-ON output and PNP transistor output type. The sensor offers a 500 mm sensing range with a compact body measuring just W10 × H14.5 × D3.5 mm, making it suitable for mounting in very small spaces. It operates on 12 to 24 V DC supply voltage with current consumption of 10 mA or less, and provides a fast response time of 0.5 ms or less. The sensor features IP67 protection rating, operates in ambient temperatures from -25 to +55°C, and includes built-in short-circuit protection. Common applications include detecting thin rings, positioning PCBs, and detecting wafer cassettes in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing environments.
