The device delivers an RMS current rating of 3.5 A and a saturation current of 60 A, with typical DC resistance of 75 mO (maximum 85 mO). It employs a carbonyl powder core with copper wire and tin-plated terminals, housed in a compact lead frame package with dimensions of 18 mm × 9.6 mm × 7.3 mm. The inductor operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is ideal for power conversion circuits, DC-DC converters, and switching regulators where soft saturation characteristics and high current density are required.
