The AZ2110-1A-15D is a 40A miniature power relay manufactured by American Zettler, designed for general-purpose DC switching in industrial control systems. It features a 15 VDC nominal coil with a maximum continuous rating of 22.5 VDC, a coil resistance of 256 O (±10%), and a must-operate voltage of 11.25 VDC. The relay provides a single Form A (SPST-NO) contact with silver cadmium oxide material and an initial contact resistance of 20 milliohms, capable of switching up to 40A at 30 VDC or 300 VAC resistive load with a maximum switched power of 900W or 10,000 VA. It operates with a maximum operate time of 12 ms (typical 8 ms) and release time of 5 ms (typical 3.5 ms), with a dielectric strength of 2500 Vrms (contact to coil) and insulation resistance of 1000 MO minimum.
