CC2D23S is a fully-calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensor from the ChipCap 2 series, featuring sleep mode for low power consumption. It provides ±2.0% RH accuracy (20–80% RH) and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy with 14-bit resolution for both measurements. The sensor operates at 3.3V supply voltage with a typical supply current of 750 µA and an ultra-low sleep current of 0.6 µA. It features a capacitive polymer RH sensor and PTA temperature sensor integrated in a compact SMD LCC package measuring 5.5 × 4.0 mm. Common applications include HVAC control, indoor air quality monitoring, medical instruments, and automotive cabin climate control systems.
