FLBP77001 is a BrightConnX™ ANSI C136.41 FLB series base assembly designed to provide a secure, integrated power and signal interface for roadway and outdoor lighting applications. The base features a 76mm diameter with 3 power contacts and 4 signal contacts, utilizing twist lock technology for secure mating with the BrightConnX™ FLA series receptacle. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with silicone rubber gasket material, achieving IP66 protection rating per IEC 60529 when mated with approved domes. The base is constructed from engineering thermoplastic rated UL94V-0 for flammability, with power contacts rated for 600VAC/VDC at 15A maximum per circuit and dimming contacts rated for 30VDC at 1.5A maximum per circuit. This assembly is ideal for photocell and control functionality integration in outdoor lighting systems, providing reliable environmental protection and electrical performance in demanding outdoor conditions.
