FRJAE418 is an 8-position, 8-contact RJ45 modular jack connector designed for PCB mounting applications. This filtered connector features a rear tail shield configuration with a high-temperature thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 50 µ" (1.27 microns) minimum gold plating on mating surfaces and nickel underplate, while the shield is copper alloy with nickel and pure-tin dipped PCB tail plating. Electrically rated at 125 VAC and 1.5 Amps, this RoHS compliant connector is suitable for networking and data communication applications requiring filtered and shielded connections.
