LUSBA11100 is a USB Type A right-angle receptacle connector with a positive locking latch mechanism designed to prevent unintentional disconnection during operation. The connector features 4 contacts configured for USB 2.0 compatibility and is housed in black thermoplastic (UL94V-0 rated) with a stainless steel locking tab. It supports a maximum current of 1.5A per contact with a contact resistance of 30 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 1000 MO minimum. The connector is rated for 1500 mating cycles with an insertion force of 35 N maximum and can withstand accidental cable pulls up to 50 N without separation. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with thermal shock capability from -65°C to +105°C, this connector is ideal for applications requiring robust, secure connections such as medical equipment, ATM machines, GPS systems, military vehicles, and hand-held data loggers.
