AHD17-9-1939S is a 9-position circular thermoplastic connector designed for J1939 Type 1 diagnostic and data communication in commercial heavy-duty vehicles and industrial equipment. The connector features a black thermoplastic UL94-VO housing with a threaded coupling ring and silicone rubber sealing for IP67 protection in mated condition. It accommodates contact size 16 with a maximum continuous current rating of 13A at +125°C, supports a voltage rating of 250V, and operates reliably across -55°C to +125°C. The connector uses crimp-terminated copper alloy gold-plated contacts with 10-20 AWG wire compatibility and withstands over 500 mating cycles with excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
