T3401001 is an Amphenol signalmate® C091 M16 D circular connector designed for industrial power and signal transmission applications. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K mating protection, thermoplastic dielectric material, and full shielding capability for excellent EMI protection. It supports contact termination via solder or crimp with wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG, silver or gold plating options, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C with operating voltage up to 300V per IEC 60664-1. The M16 D variant delivers superior corrosion resistance (720 hours salt spray), high insulation resistance (>10¹² O), and low contact resistance (<5 mO), making it ideal for demanding industrial environments including factory automation, drive systems, heavy equipment, and wireless infrastructure applications.
