The 5GSH93542 is a high-performance tactile switch from the Multimec™ 5G series, designed for PCB mounting with excellent illumination capabilities and MIL-PRF-28855H compliance. It features IP67 sealing according to IEC 60529, with available actuation forces of 2.0 N, 3.5 N, or 6.5 N, and supports both NO and NC/NO contact configurations. The switch operates across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +85°C for illuminated versions and -40°C to +160°C for non-illuminated versions, with contact resistance typically 10 mO and contact bounce less than 2 ms. Available in through-hole (TH) or surface mount (SMD) configurations with optional single or bi-color LED illumination, the switch is suitable for industrial control panels, military applications, and sealed equipment requiring reliable tactile feedback and visual indication.
