ADTSM63NVTR is an ultraminature tactile pushbutton switch designed for high-density mounting applications with mechanical contact style and positive tactile feedback. The switch features a 12×12 mm square stem with brown color indicating 160 ± 50 gf operating force, surface mount (M) termination with lead-free (V) soldering compatibility, and insert-molded phosphor bronze terminals with silver cladding to prevent flux build-up. Electrically, it is rated for 50 mA at 12 VDC with 100,000 cycles electrical life, 100 mO maximum contact resistance, and 100 MO minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC. The switch operates reliably over -25°C to +70°C and meets MIL-STD-202F vibration and shock resistance standards. It is ideal for consumer electronics, industrial control panels, and portable devices requiring compact, reliable switching with excellent tactile feedback and high reliability.
