AET04A36-L is a 20-watt isolated DC-DC converter from the Artesyn AET series designed for ruggedized applications in harsh environments. It accepts an input voltage range of 18–75 VDC and delivers a regulated 5 VDC output at 4A, with an efficiency of 85% at 12V output. The converter features 1,500 VDC minimum input/output isolation, output voltage tolerance of less than 1.6%, line regulation of +0.5%, and noise/ripple of 100 mV across all models. Protection mechanisms include auto-restart short-circuit protection and overvoltage protection set at 115–130% of nominal output, with a switching frequency of 300 kHz.
