01070-393 is an incremental optical encoder from the HS35 series, designed for hollow shaft mounting on shafts up to 1" in diameter. It features a rugged metal housing with dual bearings and shaft seals providing NEMA 4, 13 and IP65 environmental ratings. The encoder offers operating temperature range of 0° to 70°C with extended options available up to 105°C, shock resistance of 50 g's for 11 msec, vibration tolerance of 5 to 2000 Hz at 20 g's, and humidity rating of 98% RH without condensation. A dual output option is available for redundant encoder signals, dual resolutions, or supplying two separate controllers. Common applications include motor feedback and vector control, printing industries, robotic control, oil service industries, and web process control.
