The 1140-222K-RC is a high-current choke inductor designed for demanding power conversion and filtering applications. It features an inductance of 2200 µH (±10%) at 1 kHz with a maximum DC resistance of 0.494 O, enabling efficient energy storage and current smoothing in high-power circuits. The device is rated for 2.4 A RMS continuous current with a saturation current of 4.4 A, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The choke incorporates an epoxy-coated ferrite bobbin core with VW-1 rated shrink tubing, providing excellent dielectric withstanding voltage of 2500 Vrms (terminal to shrink tube cover) and 1000 Vrms (terminal to core). Its self-leaded design with fixed lead spacing and center hole for mechanical mounting makes it ideal for integration into power supplies, switching regulators, and EMI filtering circuits where high current capacity and low losses are essential.
