The 2036-35-B2LF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ series gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device manufactured by Bourns, designed for robust overvoltage protection in harsh environments. This 3-electrode surface mount device features a DC sparkover voltage of 350 V (±25%), impulse sparkover of 600 V at 100 V/µs and 750 V at 1000 V/µs, with an impulse transverse delay of less than 75 ns. The device operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, maintains a nominal insulation resistance of 10¹° O, and exhibits low capacitance of less than 2 pF at 1 MHz, all housed in a compact 5.0 mm diameter package.
