The 2047-09-ALF is a high-current 2-electrode gas discharge tube designed for surge protection in telecommunications and industrial equipment. It features a compact 12.7 mm diameter and 12.7 mm length with a DC sparkover voltage of 90 V (±20% @ 100 V/s), impulse sparkover of 350/450 V (100 V/s typical), and can withstand impulse discharge currents up to 50,000 A (8/20 µs) for 10 operations. The device exhibits low capacitance (<5 pF at 1 MHz), high insulation resistance (>10? O), and operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C with long service life and UL recognition.
