The 4116R-1-563 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin configuration with low-profile design. This component supports resistance values from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device offers improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%, temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. Environmental testing per MIL-STD-202 demonstrates excellent stability under short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), moisture resistance (±0.50%), and thermal shock conditions. The resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision signal conditioning circuits requiring multiple isolated resistive elements.
