The 4605X-101-152LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration (101 circuit) with 1,500 ohms resistance value and ±2% tolerance. It incorporates multiple thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated RoHS-compliant terminations. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO), and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The package delivers 0.63 watts at 70°C ambient temperature and features a low-profile epoxy resin body compatible with DIP layouts. This resistor network is ideal for applications requiring precision termination, signal conditioning, and impedance matching in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits.
