The 5.0SMDJ24A-Q is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for overvoltage transient protection in automotive, telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications. This device features a reverse standoff voltage of 24 V, breakdown voltage range of 26.7 to 29.5 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 38.9 V at peak pulse current of 129 A.
