The CDDFN10-0524P is a surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed to protect high-speed data ports from ESD, EFT, and surge transients while meeting IEC 61000-4-2 requirements. The device protects up to 4 data lines with a working peak reverse voltage of 5 V and minimum breakdown voltage of 6 V, featuring ultra-low channel input capacitance of 0.5 pF typical and channel-to-channel capacitance of 0.04 pF typical to minimize signal degradation. Packaged in a DFN10 form factor with a feed-through layout, it provides ESD protection exceeding 15 kV (air discharge) and maintains minimal impedance change on high-speed signal lines. The device is ideal for protecting HDMI 1.4, USB 3.0, DVI, and other high-speed interfaces where signal integrity and low parasitic capacitance are critical requirements.
