CDSOD323-T05L is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for ESD and surge protection applications. It features a working peak voltage of 5.0 V, minimum breakdown voltage of 6.0 V at 1 mA, and maximum clamping voltage of 9.8 V at 1 A. The device offers ultralow capacitance of approximately 1.0 pF and provides ESD protection up to ±30 kV per IEC 61000-4-2. Housed in a compact SOD-323 package, it operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
