CG0603MLC-12LEA is an automotive-grade ESD protector from Bourns' ChipGuard MLC Series, designed to provide electrostatic discharge protection for high-speed digital applications. This device features extremely low capacitance of 0.2 pF typical and a response time of less than 1 ns, making it ideal for protecting sensitive circuits without introducing signal degradation.
