CHP1206QFW-2R20ELF is an ultra-high power chip resistor from Bourns' CHP-Q Series, designed for demanding applications requiring high surge withstanding capability and robust performance. The device features a power rating of 0.75 W at 70 °C, maximum working voltage of 250 V, and maximum overload voltage of 500 V, with an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +155 °C. It employs thick film technology with a resistance tolerance of ±1% or ±5%, temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C (10 O to 1 MO), and is constructed with Ni plating on a ceramic substrate with Sn plating terminations. The resistor is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and AEC-Q200 qualified, making it suitable for power supplies, digital meters, consumer electronics, LED lighting, and industrial control boards where reliability and thermal stability are essential.
