MOV-07D201KTR is a 7 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. The device features a nominal varistor voltage of 200 V with a maximum continuous voltage rating of 130 V RMS and 170 V DC, providing robust protection across a wide range of applications. It delivers a maximum peak current of 13 A (8/20 µs pulse), maximum energy absorption of 1200 J, and a fast response time of 10–25 ns, ensuring rapid suppression of transient faults. The varistor operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is RoHS compliant with 100% tin plating on terminations.
