MOV-20D511K is a 20 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. It features a nominal varistor voltage of 510 V at 1 mA DC, with a maximum AC r.m.s. voltage rating of 320 V and DC voltage rating of 415 V. The device offers high current handling capability with a maximum peak current of 6500 A (8/20 µs waveform), energy absorption of 220 J, and fast response time of 10 ns typical.
