SMA6J18CA-Q is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for overvoltage transient protection in automotive and industrial applications. This device features a working peak reverse voltage of 18 V with a breakdown voltage range of 20.0 V to 22.1 V, and operates with a maximum reverse voltage of 1.0 V.
