SMAJ11CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 12 V, a breakdown voltage range of 12.2 to 13.5 V, and a maximum reverse current of 1.0 mA at the rated voltage.
