SMAJ54A-Q is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 54 V, a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 W (at 1 ms pulse width), and a peak forward surge current of 40 A. The device is housed in a compact surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
