SMBJ75A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 75 V, a breakdown voltage range of 83.3 to 92.1 V, and a maximum peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts at 1 ms pulse width. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and offers fast response times of less than 1.0 picosecond, with a maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 3.5 to 5.0 volts at 50 A peak current.
