SMBJ9.0A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 9.0 V, a minimum peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts at 1 ms pulse width, and a steady-state power dissipation of 5.0 watts at 75°C. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is housed in a compact DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package.
