It features a metal alloy powder core with flat wire construction, providing an inductance of 4.7 µH at 100 kHz with ±20% tolerance and a quality factor (Q) of 10 minimum. The inductor exhibits a self-resonant frequency of 40.1 MHz (typical) and a DC resistance of 3.9 mO (typical), with a rated RMS current of 2.8 A and saturation current of 4.2 A at 10% inductance drop. The device is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for automotive driver assistance, infotainment, lighting systems, DC/DC converters, and power supplies operating from -55°C to +155°C.
