153363 is a Brady B-434A thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling on textured surfaces. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.102 mm) excluding liner, comprising 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch adhesive layers. The label stock demonstrates excellent adhesion to stainless steel (113 oz/in after 24-hour dwell), polypropylene (111 oz/in), and textured ABS (69 oz/in). Performance testing shows no visible effect at long-term low service temperatures of -94°F (-70°C) for 30 days and short-term high service temperatures up to 374°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. The material is UL Recognized and CSA Accepted when printed with Brady Series R4900 or R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, and offers excellent resistance to humidity, UV light, weathering, salt fog, and various chemical reagents.
