B33-37-618 is a matte white polyester thermal transfer printable label stock designed for high-quality identification applications. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive and a total thickness of 0.0028 inch (0.0711 mm), with a substrate thickness of 0.0020 inch (0.0508 mm) and adhesive thickness of 0.0008 inch (0.0203 mm). The label offers excellent performance across a wide temperature range, with short-term high service temperature up to 180°C and low service temperature down to -40°C. It demonstrates strong adhesion to stainless steel (61 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell) and polypropylene (50 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell), along with resistance to humidity, UV light, salt fog, and weathering. This label is UL and cUL recognized when printed with Brady Series R4900 or R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, making it ideal for topside PCB labeling, rating plates, and applications requiring high-density barcodes and graphics.
