B33-5-618 is a thermal transfer printable matte white polyester label stock designed for applications requiring high-quality alphanumerics, barcodes, and graphics. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.0028 inch (0.0711 mm) excluding liner, and offers excellent adhesion to stainless steel (61 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell) and polypropylene (50 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell). The label demonstrates robust performance with a short-term high service temperature of 180°C, long-term service temperature of 100°C, and low service temperature of -40°C. It is UL and cUL recognized when printed with Brady Series R4900 and R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, and is made with environmentally friendly film containing at least 25% recycled PET. Common applications include topside labeling of printed circuit boards and rating plates where durability and print quality are essential.
