THT-103-724-10 is a thermal transfer printable polyimide label stock designed for printed circuit board and electronic component pre-process labeling. This greenish/amber matte-finish polyimide material features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.0044 inch (0.111 mm) and offers excellent high-temperature resistance up to 626°F (330°C) for short-term exposure. The label demonstrates strong adhesion to stainless steel (47 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell) and epoxy PC boards (48 oz/inch after 24-hour dwell), along with a dielectric strength of 10,000 volts. It withstands wave soldering at 249°C, humidity resistance at 95% RH, and various chemical exposures including isopropyl alcohol and aqueous cleaning solutions. This label material meets MIL-STD-202G Method 215K and SAE AS81531 requirements, making it ideal for demanding electronics manufacturing environments.
