EI1202NPOSS is an inductive proximity sensor designed for reliable object detection in industrial applications. It features a compact M12 cylindrical stainless steel housing with a short body configuration and a 2 mm rated sensing distance. The sensor operates on 12 to 36 VDC (10 to 40 VDC supply range) and provides NPN transistor make-switching output with a maximum continuous current of 200 mA. It includes comprehensive protection against reverse polarity and short-circuit conditions, along with LED indication for output status. The sensor is housed in stainless steel (1.4301) with a grey thermoplastic polyester front and black polyester back, offering IP 67 protection suitable for harsh industrial environments including washdown and corrosive settings.
