GSB631PC10 is a 1-pole supplementary circuit protector manufactured by Carlo Gavazzi, designed to provide protection against short circuit and overload currents in branch circuits. It features a C-curve trip characteristic with a rated current of 10A, rated voltage of 277VAC (single phase) or 480Y/277VAC (three phase), and a rated breaking capacity of 5,000A. The device incorporates a bimetallic element for small overload protection and a magnetic element for short circuit protection, with an insulation voltage of 500VAC and a rated impulse withstand voltage of 4,000V. It operates over a temperature range of -35°C to +70°C with mechanical life of 20,000 cycles and electrical life of 4,000 cycles. The protector is mounted vertically on a 35mm DIN rail with line-in on top and line-out on bottom, accepting wire sizes from 18-4 AWG or busbar sizes from 18-8 AWG, and is UL1077 certified for supplementary protection in industrial and commercial applications.
