The RZ3A60D75 is a 3-pole zero cross-switching Solid State Relay with built-in varistor and LED indication of control input and over-temperature alarm status. A solid state relay designed to switch various loads such as heating elements and transformers. The built-in varistor secures transient protection for heavy industrial applications. For higher reliability and load cycle capability three semiconductor power units are soldered directly on to the direct copper bonded (DCB) substrate.
