The EDS105Z3R6V is a Type EDS 85 °C long-life electric double layer supercapacitor designed for integrated circuit voltage backup and initial power delivery from batteries. It features a capacitance of 1 F with an equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 30 O at 1 kHz, rated for 3.6 VDC operation, and operates across a temperature range of -25 °C to +85 °C. The device is housed in a thru-hole stacked coin package (V2 case type) and demonstrates excellent long-life performance, maintaining capacitance within ±30% and ESR within 4 times the initial specified value after 1000 hours at maximum operating voltage and temperature.
