The 381LR101M450J022 is a Type 381LR 105°C snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitor rated for 450 Vdc (500 Vdc surge) with 100 µF capacitance and ±20% tolerance. This ultra-high ripple current capacitor features extremely low ESR values achieved through advanced electrolyte technology, enabling it to handle up to 25% more ripple current than standard 105°C snap-in designs. The capacitor is housed in a 25 mm diameter by 30 mm length case with 6.3 mm pin length, delivering a maximum ESR of 1.326 ohms at 120 Hz and 0.507 ohms at 20 kHz (both at +25°C), with ripple current ratings of 0.91 A at 120 Hz and 1.30 A at 20 kHz (both at +105°C). Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C (for voltages =315 Vdc) or -25°C to +105°C (for voltages =350 Vdc), this capacitor is ideal for motor drive bus applications, UPS systems, and other high-ripple current environments where component count reduction and reliability are critical.
