DSF405M3R0 is a 3V supercapacitor with 4.0 F capacitance designed for high pulse power applications requiring fast charge/discharge cycles and extended battery life. The device features a short-circuit ESR of 18.75 mO and DC ESR of 160 mO, enabling rapid energy delivery with maximum continuous current of 0.38 A and peak current capability of 3.66 A for 1 second pulses. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a cylindrical form factor (8 mm diameter × 20 mm height), it delivers 5 Wh of stored energy with an energy density of 3.57 Wh/kg. This supercapacitor is ideal for pulse power applications, battery backup systems, energy harvesting, LED displays, mechanical actuators, and audio systems where high power density and rapid energy delivery are essential.
